(Based on a 75kg Male): For best results mix 1 slightly heaped scoop (28g) with 200ml – 250ml of water or milk. For a delicious dessert, mix 1 slightly heaped scoop with 150g-200g unflavoured yoghurt. May be consumed one to four times a day at any time you need to boost your protein intake. For best results mix in a shaker cup and consume immediately.
